After viewing the video version of Romeo and Juliet it is obvious that the details from the movie were more flexible than the listening to the play First the details of the movie are able to explain the happenings better by showing the characters expressions and attitudes For example when Tybalt enrages Romeo he shows his emotions through his angry face However the book on the other hand can only imagine his expression through angry voices Second the movie gives us the appearance of the characters while the reading does not We can see the details of every character clearly Third the movie shows us the surroundings while the book does not Lastly the movie shows the actions of the characters and the reading does not By comparing the video and the book I conclude that the video was more effective showing the scenes of plots of the play Romeo and Juliet The first scene that stands out the most for me in the video was the death of Romeo and Juliet It is because of the fact that Romeo hasty action to suicide If he had waited for a few moments Juliet would have been awake and the story would end different The second scene that stands out the most for me was Mercutio play fighting with Tybalt but ended up dieing because of Romeo The twist of plot provides vivid memory To conclude the Movie brings a more broad view of the play It is more interesting than reading the book in a lot of ways
