Jim's feedback:
"This paper is informative and well-structured. It might be considered a technical report; hence it would seem appropriate to write numbers in numerals. It is confusing to say the average tornado is split up into categories; this implies the categorization of a single tornado. One could simply write that tornadoes are categorized according to strength. Elements of a list should have the same form. This is not the case in the descriptions of the categories of tornadoes. Furthermore, a subject and verb are mismatched (“With these comes winds”). “Western States” is capitalized and “southeastern states” is not. Minor words such as “and” and “of” should not be capitalized. A comma splice occurs on page 3. This is the use of a comma to separate what should be two sentences. Note that “predict in advance” is redundant."
