Jim's feedback:
"This paper is organized and written well, but there are a few things you can do to improve it. Your third sentence, which lists the two articles, is incomplete, i.e., it lacks a verb acting on a subject. Try to avoid repetition. For example, you write, “… Aboriginal people believe the Canadian state … usurps the power of Aboriginal people.” You could write the latter part as, “usurps their power.” Take care not to break the flow of a sentence with a comma, as in, “… people on these lands, were ….” The plural form “Europeans” has no apostrophe. You should place “sovereignty” in quotation marks when referring to it as a word. Several times you incorrectly place a space between quotation marks and a period or comma. It is good practice to avoid the use of contractions and other informal expressions."
