Bridget's feedback:
"I found myself really interested in the frame or motivation for this discussion (the absence in the textbook): it opens up both a valuable conversation as well as a chance to once again expose My Lai for what it is. I think mentioning that Nixon commuted Calley's sentence can help land the conclusion and allow you to trim away more rhetorically lackluster counterfactuals, e.g., top of the last page ("...shouldn't have ever occurred...").
Your next steps will be best focused on lower-order concerns, including proofreading to catch errors, revising some awkward diction or refining diction, and making sure titles are formatted properly. There also seems to be a typo or missing material at the top of the second page, and do brush up the formatting for the block quote ("You didn't have to look for people to kill...") so the reader easily sees where your text begins and ends."
