I recommend spending a moment in the beginning to define horror; this could be done in between the current first and second paragraphs to create a firm foundation the discussion can advance from. This will be important because para. 3 prioritizes sex and graphic visuals as aspects of horror films, but without some background in the philosophy, aesthetic, or genre conventions, the reader doesn't understand why these elements are being insisted on.
