K's feedback:
"Since this paper is based on a presentation you gave, I assume that it followed the same format, which is logical for the material. The presentation of statistics at the beginning of the paper should be revised to give them a greater impact. Your section about actions taken to deal with juvenile crime should include more detail and your ideas should be expanded. You conclude with a call for programs for youth, but it is unclear what would be a useful program. Would only an afternoon study class be useful, or should the community as a whole take a more active role in promoting the welfare of its youth?"
