A Stranger is Watching is a terrific book I enjoyed reading this book very much The non-stop action kept me reading for hoursOne of the best features of the book is how it was writtenThe point of view changes every chapterFor example Chapter 1 is written in the point of view of the infamous Foxy characterChapter 2 is written in the point if view of our protagonist Steve and so onI also liked how the author built the relationship of the characters upso you care about what happens to them and feel like youre going through what they are going throughFor instancethe author tells us of Steves wifes deathWe find out that Steves son Neil was never the same after this tragedyWhen a new womenSharon comes into Steves lifeNeil rejects herNeil thinks that if Sharon and his father get married his father will send him awayWhen Neil and Sharon are held hostage together Neils feelings for Sharon changehe begins to see her as a nice person and a motherlike figureI felt the author built this relationship up well so that the story would have a happy endingI also like how the author made the character traits of the protagonist completely conflict with the antagonistThe protagonistSteve is a successful man with a family and no problemsat least in the mind of the antagonistThe antagonist has problems with femalesa career he feels is going nowhereand a lack of good friendsthroughout the story we find out that the antagonist is very jealous of the protagonists lifeand thats why he indirectly targets himThis contrast was an addition to the already excitng plot of the storyIn my opinion the best part of A Stranger is Watchingis the endchapter 52this chapter contains one of the greatest climaxes I ever readThe chapter begins at a frantic momentAll of the characters lives are at risk because Foxys bomb is about to go offAfter a fight with FoxySteve manages to release Sharon and NeilAt
