The movie A Beautiful Mind is a true story which tells viewersabout a man named John Nash who is suffering from schizophreniahowever he himself does not know that until the end of the movie Nextthe movie creates a very realistic perception on how the hallucinationsof a person can be very real It also shows how the disability canaffect everyone around you including your loved onesThe title itself can mean many things to support the story but in myopinion it means how a man has a wonderful mind to give to the worldWhen I say that I am trying to explain how a man with a disability likeschizophrenia can have so many complications in life and still be ableto achieve his goals For example in the movie the people around himsaw him as a clown and made fun of him at first but later on theyrealized what he could achieve Another meaning of the title can be howthe mind can be very unpredictable at times and how it can play gameswith your thoughts and imaginations To support my opinion anotherexample from the movie would be nearing the end of the movie when JohnNash is taken to a care facility and tells his wife that he has thisdisease When the doctor consults the wife about his actions and his jobresponsibilities we find out that it was all in his mind and that hisfriend the secret agent and the little girl where all hallucinationsand they were not real In other words he had his own reality in hismind which he made himself think that they were real Secondly I think they chose this title for the movie because thedirector might have wanted to show how a person can imagine living intheir own world where they cant tell the difference between reality andtheir own imagination Moreover when we read the title and get to knowthe meaning for the reason behind the title think how a person wouldfeel not knowing
