"You're off to a good start with this essay and you make a lot of broad points that are important to understanding the different types of negotiation. However, much of the information will be unclear to a reader who is unfamiliar with the topic.
It would be a good idea to fully define distributive and integrative negotiation before comparing the two. Devoting a full paragraph to each would be a good start, and giving hypothetical examples would further clarify the difference between the two approaches.
There are a number of awkward or confusing sentences. In particular, transitional phrases such as "therefore," "that notwithstanding" and "on the contrary" are frequently used incorrectly.
Make sure you have a standalone conclusion that wraps up your main points and provides takeaway ideas for the reader."
