I am very grateful for the life I have and always will be Experiencingtraumatic events in my life has truly changed my lifestyle in differentways I have been terrified of participating in certain activitiespeople do on daily basis When I was about four years old My sistersall three of them were involved in a horrible car accident One of mysisters has had over twenty- seven surgeries on her left leg and almosthad to have her leg amputated Tragedies that have occurred in my lifetime and especially this one have shaped who i am today as a personThe weekends are always my favorite days during the entire year Iwoke up around eight and walked into my parents room I heard my mom onthe phone speaking frantically over the phone I am about four years andalways filled with curiosity My eyes are wandering around the roomlike a new puppy who has curiosity for the world I still feel exhaustedfrom just waking up and not understanding the words that are coming outof my moms mouth I start rubbing my eyes to open them wider The sunglaring out of the shades in my parents room feel blinding to my eyesI look back over to my mom and she still is pacing across the room noteven saying good morning to me As my eyes keep wandering I stop uponthe television I noticed the news was on like every morning my parentswatch channel three or five I usually never watch the news or payattention to it but theres a news lady showing a video of thehorrifying car crash M y mom then glanced over and became speechlessher jaw dropped like she had just become paralyzed with no movementthen she starts crying and I feel clueless Time went by My mom was off the phone and she told me my sisterswherein the car and another driver had ran a red light and cause thecollision I was scared but my parents told
