Many people in the world are debating various things about Gun Control but what they dont know is what is really means and in fact not many people even know the true definition of the 2nd Amendment either The 2nd Amendment is defined as A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed Dont worry you and about more than half of the United Stated dont even understand what that meant This is considered to be the older version of the 2nd Amendment Back to the time of the Founding Fathers they made this amendment with the intention to hopefully prevent tyranny As you can see it has been a success but now nobody is invading the United States and running around with guns and troops killing us This then makes the government want to change and make the amendment more modern and more updated to what has been going on in todays society Many people even people that work for the National Rifle Association NRA or the government want to update this amendment to be more modern because back then people would only kill if they had to so why would we have to waste an amendment on something that doesnt really apply to use anymore Since the whole topic of Gun Control can be written about in many different ways I think Im going to stick to the question how would the crime rate be affected if Congress were to remove everyones 2nd Amendment While doing research I came across some court cases US v Miller which relates to the distribution of unregistered weapons If guns were easily distributed it would be for all criminals to get their hands on one which will lead to more felonies and more importantly the taking of someone elses life Today if you dont have all
