The argument of whether homosexual couples should be given the same rights as heterosexual couples in adopting children has been going on for years Homosexuals being able to adopt children might sound immoral and wrong to some but for others it is understandable Who are we to judge what kinds of couples are unfit to raise children I strongly believe that homosexual couples should have the same legal rights as heterosexual couples when it comes to adopting children Children are better off in a home instead of an orphanage no matter the sexuality of the couple homosexuals are just like some men and women cannot have children why not give them the same opportunity to have a family Also as long as they can provide a safe loving and stable environment for the child I honestly do not see the problemIn not allowing homosexual couples to adopt you are depriving children of the love and care they need as a child that unfortunately cannot be given to them in an orphanage Not saying that orphanages do not care for their children but every child has its own needs With a house full of children there is no guarantee that the child will get the individual attention heshe needs and craves for It is like saying that the child is better off in a place technically with no parents instead of in a home with a real family just because they would have parents of the same sex Being a homosexual does not make you less of a human or less of a parent and doesnt make you unfit parents Any child would be better off in a home instead of an orphanage whether being raised by a heterosexual couple or a homosexual couplePeople say that homosexual couples are obviously unnatural because they cannot conceive therefore they shouldnt be able to adopt What about the normal heterosexual couples that are infertile should they not be
