In the West side of Africa lays a small country called Sierra Leone During 1996 until 2002 the African rebels had taken over the country creating chaos in the cities They where kidnapping kids afterward turning them into heartless killing machines The rebels supported their merciless army by acquiring control of the diamond trade in Africa creating what we know now as the blood diamonds trade The film Blood Diamond shows a country being destroyed by the struggle between government soldiers and rebel force It also depicts the atrocities of those wars The movie revolves around the voyage of two men who had the same aspirations but completely different goals Danny Archer wanted to find this alembicated diamond and a humble African father Solomon Vandy ached to find his oldest son who was kidnapped by the rebels The only problem was that their objective abided in a very dangerous zone where the rebels had military dominance At the glorious Sierra Leone mountain range a panoramic frame with astonishing radiant natural colors depicts the scenario of the voyage of the two men You see alpine green grass with enormous alluring trees The mountain range fades into the horizon where you see the beautiful foggy sky wrap around the top of the mountains At the right side of the image a beam of light penetrates the fogginess illuminating the East side of the mountains Low volume African tribe music and birds intonating their majestic calls gives the plot a sense of serenity A long shot captures the two men walking through a rocky pathway trying to reach the summit The camera angle does a transition exposing the backs of each individual You can tell from their arched backs that they are tired and in pain from walking They are both wearing earthly color cloth and each one of them is carrying a heavy-duty army backpack In a front shot the abundant trees in the jungles surround
