Bridget's feedback:
"It's clear you've spent time with the text, unearthing Achebe's themes and motifs to form your central thesis. As you move forward, I have a few suggestions. I feel the main task of the next draft will be integrating your quotations directly into your own text and considering how each paragraph will be shaped by this purposeful incorporation. You may find doing so changes the boundaries or internal flow of your paragraphs, and you may also find that a paraphrase can suffice in place of a full, direct quotation; I recommend trying those new organizations and approaches out as you move through this next step of the writing process.
Related, make sure to properly punctuate around your parenthetical citations--the period of the sentence should come after the citation, like this: (Achebe 3)."
