"This is a good overview of Starbucks strategy. Your introduction should explain what Starbucks is, but the word “coffee” does not appear until the third paragraph. Starbucks dates back to the 1970s (at which time they sold only beans and equipment), and it is not clear why you start at 1998. At a minimum, you should provide some background on the company and how Schultz came to be involved. You give a good strategic analysis, including the move to supermarket sales, and a good conclusion. Note that you write “fist” instead of “first.” A writer can never proofread too much."
