Keeping the reader in mind, you can craft an introduction and conclusion that helps delineate the project and purpose, body paragraphs headed off by clear topic sentences, and as appropriate, a thesis that guides the discussion. For example, if this will become a pro/con essay, or an argument- or thesis-driven piece of writing, the elements mentioned above are each opportunities to let the reader know how this framework will guide the specific details of the discussion.

Another aspect of building this out into an essay will be to move the syntax from the briefer bullet points into more formal and complete sentences. Proper mechanics really help with readability; for example, the title of the book in the last paragraph should be italicized, formatting that will be particularly helpful in light of the eccentric punctuation in the title itself.
