To achieve a happy healthy lifestyle you must focus on five different areas Cardio respiratory endurance muscular endurance muscular strength flexibility and body composition are what you need to stay healthy and strong Every one needs a happy healthy lifestyle Cardio respiratory endurance gives you the ability of your heart and lungs to efficiently supply your cells with oxygen and nutrients This is important because you can live a healthier longer life Your heart will be stronger which will reduce the chance of a heart attack and also lower your blood pressure Muscular endurance is really important also Muscular endurance gives you the ability of your muscles to perform a task over and over again This is important because it gives you better posture strengthens muscles and the more you use muscular endurance the more healthier you become Muscular strength is somewhat like muscular strength but is used in different ways Muscular strength determines how much force you can exert with your muscles You use muscular strength every day The more you use muscular strength the less of a chance you have with injury Without muscular endurance you would be worthless Everyone uses flexibility You have to be flexible for almost everything Flexibility gives you the ability to move your muscles and joints through their full rang of motion Flexibility lessens injuries during sports and you wont get as much cramps Body composition is the ratio of lean body and mass to fat You could find certain sports and injuries and feel better about yourself It also gives you self-imagery and self-esteem I have all five of these endurances So this shows that I have a healthy happy lifestyle To have a healthy happy lifestyle you need cardio respiratory endurance muscular endurance muscular strength flexibility and body composition
