Jim's feedback:
"This is an interesting paper. It is good practice to spell out the name of the organization the first time you use the acronym. If there was just one initial level, then it started on an equal level, not on equal levels. Take care that subject and verb agree in number. Your second paragraph can be written more concisely, and note that the second sentence is incomplete, i.e., it lacks a subject and a verb that acts on it. You say each college could choose its division, and then you indicate that this depends on criteria. Hence the first statement is imprecise. Your writing tends to be long and confusing. You should strive for clarity and concision. Seasons are not capitalized. You mix between "Div." and "Division," and I recommend the latter. It is probably sufficient to briefly summarize the attendance criteria and not quote them in their entirety. Take care to include spaces, such as before left parentheses and after "Div." You should avoid contractions in formal writing. I recommend you use a grammar checker to further identify and correct grammatical issues."
