Bridget's feedback:
"This is a thoughtful exploration of the characters and arcs you've chosen to focus on, and you do a great job relating each body paragraph directly back to your thesis. At the end of your conclusion, you mention characters who stay "pure"--consider giving a few names to help assert this last-minute claim.
While reading, I noticed opportunities to streamline the writing and create more efficient and direct claims. For example, in para. 2, you write, "Their equivocations also affect Banquo and his choice to keep silent his suspicion of Macbeth. The witch's interference caused Banquo to make this decision." Notice that these two sentences overlap in terms of information; try revising them down into a single sentence that makes the point more forcefully. A related task will be proofreading and tidying up some formatting issues, including missing sentence-ending periods after the citations. Another task will be to bring your page formatting into alignment with your style guide (line spacing, indents). As a final note, I'm curious if you can probe the idea you introduce early in para. 2 a little further: are the witches firmly outside the character model you introduce in the first paragraph (moral struggle, audience identification). Outside the moral order? You write that it all starts with them and that their breed of disorder is "satisfying." This is a really interesting point that I think, with some exploration, can bring your thesis about morality and reversal into a sophisticated place."
