Bridget's feedback:
"This essay is in a good place to begin moving into the final stages of the writing process, and your love for Blume's writing really comes through, generating ethos and a connection with your audience. You have your main points and argument down on the page, your evidence is incorporated into the discussion, and you've organized and structured it all into an essay.
I recommend using a reverse outlining technique to make sure you're satisfied with the order of the paragraphs. One paragraph's position I questioned was the later reference to realism and White and L'Engle. Consider using these heavy hitter names earlier, as this can help establish where you see Blume in the literary canon, which is central to your thesis.
Other work will be in the lower-order details, such as making sure you are properly formatting all titles and citations (including punctuating after the parentheticals) and ensuring consistency and formality in referring to Blume by her last name after the first full usage."
