Bridget's feedback:
"You make effective rhetorical use of signposting as intervention to control the discussion; for example, you write, "That fact that unions improve... is not under inquiry...", effectively anticipating the reader. I do encourage you to try out some phrasing at the end of that same paragraph to indicate whether you think the pros in the first sentence of para. 6 do or do not outweigh the cons describe in para. 6's last sentence ("This only leads to..."). Your position is implied, but not taking a firm stance allows objections to regain ground in a way that won't be helpful to your argumentation.
Another area to shore up is in your conclusion: should employers be made to change, and if so, how? This may depend on how the prompt defines the scope of your paper, but touching on this or giving examples of successes in this direction can help show the reader your knowledge of the topic's landscape one more time as you wrap up.
At the lower-order concerns, I notice frequent comma splices that impact clarity. Fix those to ensure flow and delivery of information. Another task will be to incorporate the Rachman quote (top of page 2) into the text to best guide the reader and assert your control over the material."
