I was offed two jobs and both was them had tight deadlines for me to give them an answer In trying to decide which of the two position to accept I had to first evaluate the pros and cons The first job I was offered is a Phlebotomist position at Premier Clinical Laboratory The office hours are 7am to 6 pm Monday through Friday working on Saturdays 8am to 4pm and open on hoildaysPremier is offering medical insurance along with free blood work once every year Also the starting is pay is 350 per week and over time included My duties would be taking blood filing answering the telephone and cashing They would provide me with uniforms and a lab coat The location is in Nassau in Centerville and the company has a good reputation I would also have my own parking areaThe second job offered is a Patient care technique at Chela Tech Laboratory There offices hours are 7am to 5pm and I would be off one the weekends and holidays The starting pay would be 300 per week and no over time There benefits are free blood work whenever I need it also my daughter would have free service as well They provide me with a lab coat and free lunch once a month My job duties would be taking patients blood caring for their needs answering the telephone and cleaning my work area The location is in Andros and they will provide a house and pay all of my bills however I have to provide my own grocery They would also provide a car and gas every week Chela Tech would also provide a day care service free of charge care for my daughterLast I compare the two jobs Premier is paying more but its longer working hours Also Premier is offering medical insurance and free uniforms On the other hands Chela tech has no medical insurance
