A Look at the Seriousness of the Widespread Use of Drugs in Professional Athletics

The author mentions athletes obtaining drugs from the black market and the Justice Department and the Food and Drug Administration struggling with changes in drug distribution. The two primary drugs that the author mentions are steroids and human growth hormone (HGH).
