"You are off to a good start! Your research into the historical and biographical details is made evident, as is the work in synthesizing and organizing the specifics into narratives. I recommend either an opening or closing that helps pull the discussion past reportage. Even an informative essay can have a "thesis" or purpose; in this case, the fact of researching and writing about Capone forms an argument for his importance, historical significance, or even modern relevance (legacy). An introduction or concluding paragraph can establish this and bring your essay to a more assertive space.
Other areas for focus will include lower-order concerns. This entails proofreading to catch minor mechanics issues and tidying up the punctuation in relation to the parenthetical citations: ...the fourth oldest of nine children (Kobler 10)."
