"There are some very good ideas about leadership here, and you're on your way to a strong paper. The biggest issue that you need to work on is readability. There are frequent errors and awkward sentences that make it difficult to discern your meaning. For example, "great leader," used as the subject of a sentence, should either be "a great leader" or "great leaders."
While you give a lot of examples of values that leaders should have, some real-world or hypothetical examples would go a long way toward illustrating your claims.
Don't lean too heavily on your sources. While you want to provide support for your arguments, you should be developing your own ideas and using sources to back them up. In this case, you seem to simply be reporting on Machiavelli's (and others') ideas of what makes a great leader."
