I am not sure if "Women Helping Women Succeed" and "Women Who Have Made It Big" constitute a solutions discussion; consider more explicit signposting if these sections are indeed your solutions sections. If they are, consider addressing counter-arguments to those proposals or examples, like the greater burden on women to serve as unpaid mentors and the problems with exceptionalism as evidence.
