The Role of Management Principles in Libraries

"This essay shows strong organization and lucid argumentation with good use of detail, concept, and example that brings depth to the discussion. Your voice is direct and frank, presenting an ethos of control and knowledge of the subject matter; combined with excellent flow, this creates an engaging discussion that keeps the reader interested and moving. These are in lower-order concerns that, when cleaned up, will continue to enhance ethos and readability. The first is to make sure all citation information is present and accounted for. I spot one author-date parenthetical, which seems a bit sparse for the discussion; are there any other citations that should be included to help the reader understand the literature your approach takes advantage of (e.g., information for "this book" in the second sentence)? And second, I spot a number of minor errors that, considering the overall control of mechanics, look like typos (e.g., misspellings like manger/manager and white/while). A thorough proofread should catch those. And lastly, do check your style guide or similar guidance for page formatting, including indents and line spacing."
