Most men and women are suffering from being overweight and most of them dont know the causes Its so simple to think thats a genetic thing When in reality its because of the things we dont do and eat Most of the causes Ill mention are the main ones for overweight The three causes of being overweight are eating fast foods not exercising and being lazyEating fast foods is an effect of overweight in most people for example someone who eats a lot of junk food and doesnt exercise for an hour or so it causes the calories to add up and youll suddenly notice that your weight is increasing After that youll begin to lose control of your average weight and start to have health problems All the junk food we eat have protein but not as much as we need it has more fatty nutrients that makes us fat To encourage people to not eat fast foods the world would have less people that are overweighed Whatever you eat thats not healthy will make you fat for example McDonalds Burger King Wendys Arbys and many other fast foods After eating these junk foods for a couple of days youll begin to notice that your body is getting heavier and deformed Most cases you can notice that youre getting overweight when the normal size of clothes doesnt fit anymore There are many men and women who have children and the parents are over weighted Most of the kids get embarrassed to have parents that are overweight and thats the effect of eating fast foodsNot exercising is the second cause of overweight This is due to the lack of exercise we do daily We eat and eat but we dont exercise Many people think that buying promotions from the TV is going to help them to lose weight Some of them might help for a little while but youll end up the same as
