American History X is a movie about white supremacists This movie shows how peoplecan start an army and incise a war This movie shows how stupidity can create hate and hate can create damage People are surrounded by things that could influence them every day American History X reflects American society because it shows how race plays a factor in every community skinheads hate every race except their own and they are raised or brought into this group usually by someone they know or someone looking for acceptance from their peers This movie starts out in black and white with Derek having sex with his girlfriend Stacey Danny is in his bed and hears a car pull up out front of the house The car has three black men inside when the car stops two of them get out leaving the driver inside for the getaway One walks to the front door to stand watch the other heads over to a truck and pulls out a crow bar he smashes the drivers window Danny hears the noise from outside and jumps out of bed and looks out his bedroom window He sees the black guy breaking into the truck and immediately heads to Dereks room He alerts his brother of the happenings outside Derek puts on his white boxers and his boots grabbing his gun he takes off out the bedroom door He stops at the front door and looks outside where he sees the guy standing watch Derek flings open the door and shoots the guy killing him instantly The one breaking in the truck tries to run but is shot by Derek but not killed The driver speeds off while Derek stands in the middle of the street shooting at the moving car he empties the clip in his gun trying to hit the driver No one understands why these men are at the Vinyard house until later The first few minutes of
