Minority groups around world are disadvantaged groups because of some unfair limitations and they are invisible Actually members of the minority groups are so far different with members of the majority groups due to members of the minority groups have different characteristics or traits to compare with members of the majority groups such as different race ethnicity sexuality religion even culture so it look like that members of the minority groups are very visible in a society however members of the minority groups are invisible in a society because they are small part of a whole society and members of majority group are central focus in a society Asian Americans and LGBT people are two types of minority groups in America Wesley Yang who is author of Paper Tiger explains Asian American as a stereotypes of minorities in America and although Asian American are super excellent students in middle school high school and university they are disadvantaged groups in a workplace or in other words they are subject to some unfair limitation after they graduated from university Dan Savage is author of It Gets Better and he starts It Gets Better Project for LGBT people because LGBT students always suffer unequal treatment and some LGBT teenagers are depressed so that they cannot picture their future so LGBT adults try to help LGBT kids and teenagers through shooting videos Similarly Asian American and LGBT people are minority groups in America and all of them are subject to some unfair limitations that could lead to social estrangement In addition invisibility of members of Asian Americans and LBGT students causes that they have no a fair chance as same as members of the majority groups In fact Asian American and LGBT students become more visible in America because Asian Americans are growing as well as LGBT adults help LGBT students living openly and it may change stereotypes of minorities and make equality for them However stereotypes prejudice and
