The price of living and tuition has been increasing throughout the years Just going to school full-time was once possible but now its impossible Not being able to afford tuition transportation food and gas a major problem While going to school is already like a full-time jobWorking with a part-time job while studying is even harder However in my experience I believe if you are in college there is no reason why you should not have a part-time job Although college students are busy there is still time to make for work on weekends or evenings even if its only one day per week Having a part-time job while you are in collegewill giveyou experience confidence and moneyCoordinating work and study can be challenging but it can also pay off by forcing you to learn techniques to use your time as productively and efficiently as possibleHaving a part-time job will give you the experience you need when you are done with school There are some people who graduate college without ever working some places will not hire you without experience of some sort Having a job will give you skills such as creating a resume searching for a job and going through an interview When you know what to expect you can be more prepared when you begin your full-time jobIn looking for a part-time job you are also building experience with interview questions and building relationships with co-workers At my job I am allowed to draw blood give injections use electronic medical records and take care of patients When I am in school we learn to draw blood on dummies this gives me a step ahead since I have already drawn on real patients For example there was a patient that was very unhappy and didnt understand why I had to draw blood I was able to explain what the blood is being drawn for rather than not knowing how to respond Patients like
