You slowly reach down and pick one up You twiddle it in your fingers to look for any imperfections You find it immaculate in every way You pop it in your mouth and you take a moment to simply feel the shape of it Then you bite into it Suddenly you feel a symphony of flavor burst out of every crevice of the fruit Blackberries are the best fruit because of their unique flavor and texture amazing health benefits and convenience In this first paragraph I will discuss the health benefits of blackberries Because of their dark and rich color filled with Anthocyanin it can lower risk of certain cancers urinary tract health memory function and healthy aging as well lessen the risk of stroke Blackberries also packed with antioxidants and fiber helping to maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract and may help prevent certain types of cancers This can also help to reduce blood cholesterol levels and lower the risk of heart disease In this next paragraph I will show the ease and convenience of the wonderful blackberry The blackberry is very small in size making it easy to transport The plant it comes from can grow almost anywhere from Europe to Asia You can also find it in wines jams and in many other ways This paragraph will discuss the unique flavor and texture of the blackberry The reason people around the world love the blackberry is because of its sweetly tart flavor The flavor is bold but has a certain je ne sais quoi that keeps you wanting more When ripe the blackberry is filled to the brim and ready to burst with flavorful juices When it is placed in the mouth the texture is soft and almost silky As the teeth slowly bite down each bubble explodes with a tasteful pleasure People around the world have fallen in love with this beautiful fruit It is thoroughly enjoyed throughout the culinary world and
