Three semesters ago I made the choice of attending Blue Ridge Community College to pursue a higher education I had recently gotten out of the military and it was time for me to move to bigger and better things Blue Ridge Community College gave me the chance to pursue my degree in Associate in Arts and the comfort of being close to my family and friends while doing so Pursuing a higher education has always been a priority for me However the lack of money and sense of responsibility has made it almost impossible for me to do well in this journeyOne of the main reasons I chose the Blue Ridge Community College for my Associates in Arts was because the entity offered a variety of developmental classes that Universities around the United States would not Another reason was because is convenient for me its close to my house and I do not have to do much daily driving The tuition compared to Universities is much less and my living expenses would not be so high as well Blue Ridge Community College has given me the opportunity to be close to my family for the next two years Therefore I am going to be attending here till I accomplish my degreeAlthough Blue Ridge Community College has brought many accolades into my life there are a few things I wished it would be different I believe that attending to college should be fun for everyone However some students do not take academics seriously and emphasize fun more than they should Therefore the faculty has to put up with more stress from students that might not want to be there and it makes it hard for the faculty to be in their 100 Since Blue Ridge Community College is so affordable compared to Universities around North Carolina students tend to get by day to day and they do not use their maximum skills and effortsWe live in
