Every Boss has a different personality Although people say that age isjust a number and does not matter in this case it does Age has a majorinfluence on your bosses work ethic The age category of a boss affectsthe way a person works Before choosing a career it is critical to thinkabout what kind of boss a person would want to have Age makes an enormous impact on the way a boss manages the company aperson chooses to work at The elder range of bosses ages fifty andolder are experienced stern respectful and can instill a great workethic into an employee In todays economy workers fear loosing a jobAn older boss means a more experienced boss and more experience meansbetter business A boss with many years of experience has the knowledgeto know what will work and what will not work One with many years ofexperience is liable to be very demanding Some may think this is a badtrait to obtain but being stern is a respectable way of getting thingsdone without having to ask multiple times Being stern and being rudeare complete opposites A boss with age is very respectful but if pushcomes to shove and feelings need to be hurt in order to get a job donethen that is what will happen An elder boss makes it highly known thatthey will respect an employee while at the same time be a boss Afterfifty or more years a boss now has his or her work ethic that hasmanaged to help him or her maintain the career that he or she hasexecuted The old saying is that with age comes wisdom and in thiscase that is true An elder person can instill a work ethic into aperson and because of the elderly persons past or life now the workethic seems to stick It is kind of like when a person sees someone of agreater age who has been through very similar things
