An opportunity that has impacted my personal responsibilities is coaching six year old kids in soccer Coaching kids has helped my personal responsibilities because It has helped my communication skills and It has also made me become a punctual person By coaching little kids it helped become a better communicator because I had to communicate with the childrens parents at all times Not only did I have to communicate with the parents but I also had to be able to communicate with kids Not all of the parents spoke English so I also had to be able to communicate with the parents that spoke Spanish I had to communicate with the parents in English and in Spanish Whenever I was training the kids I had to speak to some of them in English and some in Spanish in order for them to understand what we were going to do and I would also have to explain to some of the parents in English and in Spanish By coaching little kids it helped me become a punctual person because if I told the parents that practice or a game would be at a certain time I had to be at the park before them so we could start practice on time and finish practice on time I had to start practice on time because some of the parents are busy throughout the day and are not able to waste some of their time because they also need to be in other places at different times If I dont start practice on time they get mad at me because they have places to go afterwards so I have to be a punctual personBy coaching kids I became responsible and a more punctual person By learning new things and improving my skills I now understand the importance of being a responsible and a more punctual person This experience helped me improve my speaking skills in both English and
