According to Miriam Webster Dictionary death is defined as the cause or occasion of a loss of life or the end of a life Death can be caused by actual or natural disease accident suicide or homicide It has various effects on the ones who are left behind especially the spouse It involves both emotional and behavioral reactions A death can be very painful but we all have to experience and go through that type of pain Divorce like death comes with a collection of emotions including anxiety and guilt Accepting the reality of a divorce can sometimes be the most difficult part When thinking about feelings theres no right or wrong way about when dealing with a lossWhen comparing death to divorce there are many similiarites that make these events tragic parts of an indiviuals lifeWhen dealing with both a death and dvorce one should always find support Try talking to friends family counselors or anyone that lifts the spirit up No one should have to handle death or divorce on their own and they should seek help with the grief processs Some stages that are similar to this grieving is the refusal to accept the truth and denial is the other One should negotiate and talk to God if he feels the need to One might feel that life wont be that same and be in a depressed state Lastly one should accept the lost of loved or close one and being able to move forward and being able think positive Marriages go through the stages of grief when they die as well People who are in marriages go through the same stages of grief when their marriages die Spending time with people who support value and energize you may help you with not worrying about your divorce as muchWhen my parents got a divorce I really didnt understand it at first I was only seven years old To me it seemed
