As I walked out the door I felt the cold shiver of winter running down my spine My scarf flew away from my face while I walked to opposite direction of the wind It was really windy It was dark maybe a little too dark to how I like it probably because these street lights are too old and need replaced The leaves blew in the wind and slid on the sidewalk behind me in a way it sounded like footsteps I wanted to look and see if it was but I was a little to scared to do so Walking faster and breathing heavier I heard a man behind me as I got faster so did he I pretended like I didnt notice him in a big city like new york its hard to pay attention to the people walking by But then again it was almost midnight on a saturday night He said something but I didnt hear him he said it againhey said the man I kept walking a bit faster I had no intention on where I was going but I hoped I could find somewhere before something happens I felt a cold hand on my neckHello Andrea says the man I froze All these thoughts running through my head but no words coming out or inDo you remember me he said softly I turned I had no clue who this man was he stared at me for the longest time you could see pain in his eyes I managed to make outnno I stuttered he looked mad and he smacked me with so much force across my face I fell and once I hit the ground I knew exactly who he was My head told me to run but my legs didnt move Do you remember now he asking knowing I remembered I couldnt speak I had nothing to sayyoure going to pay for this
