Advertisements open our minds to see what is going on in our society Not every ad is trying to sell us their product some ads are trying to inform us about the things we do and how it can affect others Health magazines ads are not only teaching us about the dangers of the substance we take but they also promote awareness about society unhealthy habitI found an ad in a health magazine The picture in the ad is a young female in the early 20s she is wearing a diamond ear rings ring and a necklace she has on make up with blond hair she has rich Caucasian skin tone her eyes are close with joy and she is eating a burger made up of bread lettuce tomatoes and the meat is been replace with use cigarettes She seems to be enjoying the burger The picture is place in the middle of the health magazine the background is dark and she is in bright color making look like there is a light above her head making it the main point of the page she has a handful of the entire burger the burger is full with rich bright colors and the use cigarettes are painted with dull back and white colors drawing our attention to the cigarettes and how it doesnt fit with the pictureThe idea of using a burger is to show how society is consuming cigarette like food Making the burger big with bright colors and the cigarettes dull black and white color makes it stand out from the entire picture filling the burger with cigarette opens our minds about what we put in out mouth and if society consume cigarettes like burger and we are part of society that show how it affect us too The health magazine chose to display the burger like that to show how society consume unhealthy substance thinking it have not aftereffect also what we
