"In your title, you should capitalize “chemical” and delete “A,” because “chemical warfare” is non-specific. Similarly, we do not write “the biochemical warfare.” It is just “biochemical warfare.” You should hyphenate “open air” because it acts as an adjective. So, you write “open-air experiments,” and you would also write “antibiotic-resistant.” Notice that you misspelled “Gorbachev.” You should use commas to clarify writing. For example, “their leader of the time, Mikhail …,” and “At the end of the cold war, America … .” Note also that we capitalize “Cold War.” Your sentence in the third paragraph (“The vaccination is said …”) is confusing. If you run a grammar check, it should pick that up and suggest how to correct it. You should always run a grammar check, even if you write almost perfectly, because we all make mistakes. You misspell many words, such as “dose” instead of “does.” You start a sentence with “9.” You should spell out numbers when they start a sentence.

You provide much good information, but your grammar needs improvement. You can improve first by using a grammar checker, as I mention above. You can learn much by paying attention to what it finds.
