What factors do you think make some organizations ineffective at managing emotions The emotions that occur outside of the office are harder to control Such as a family member death or other causes that have happened Also people who already have personality issues or depression it is harder to assist them when the person is not mentioning it or they keep it to themselves as a secret Therefore there are problems that can be personal and external factors from office that the organization is not able to manage since the organization has to get more detailed with the employee to solve their issues and problems within the office Also the employees need to make adjustment about their issues and try to balance their problems in order the work and outside work problems dont get mix together In addition the emotional dissonance people will feel from outside and their emotions get in their way at work which it gets carried on such as a sickness of a family relativeDo you think the strategic use and display of emotions serve to protect employees or does covering your true emotions at work lead to more problems than it solves When there are deep level acting problems such as psychological disorder or personality issues using a surface level acting will not solve your problems in long term Although it will throw people off from who you are and you become less trustful and disrespected more in the office Therefore when you are at work your emotions should be based on who you are in a professional manner to make you more comfortable and easier to communicate and concentrate on your job Work is where you want to make connections and network rather than make friends to hang out with and make yourself a second home There will need to make certain boundaries between work and home to make progresses and finish tasks on time Your true emotions will show
