Bradbury uses a futuristic society to criticize what he sees as wrong in todays world Give a minimum of FIVE things Bradbury the author targets Be sure to consider what caused his society to form in the first place Ray Bradbury sees many things wrong in todays world He targets how books arent being cherished like they are supposed to People are told day today books are nothing but nonsense but truly books hold the key books tell the truth in different point of views Ray speaks on how television seems to make the world go around people are constantly in the parlor and with the family People are finding entertainments that are easier other than reading books Also it is stated that fireman are the ones doing the damage the get rid of books by burning them but in todays society the put out fires In my opinion I think Bradbury is using the fireman as cover up as a symbol for all people for people as a whole who gets rid of books and use technology and other forms of entertainment instead of picking up a bookBradbury is also using censorship The government doesnt want you to believe in thing other than what you are told to believe in I believe books became illegal because they put different point of views allowing you to make up your own opinion about things and if that were to happen then they would lose control of the society the built Lastly when people see someone in uniform they automatically do what they are told because they are superior to us Mindlessly people give their attention the one in uniform because its what they are accustom to In Fahrenheit 451 Clarisse states You know I am not afraid of you at all 7 So many people are Afraid of fireman I mean But youre just a man after all 7Identify the major characters in the
