Fast food is a general consumption of food that can be prepared and served quickly to individuals that are sold in restaurants Over the years many people have been concerned about the fast food industries pertaining to obesity and related health problems McDonalds Subway KFC Pizza Hut Wendys are some examples of fast food restaurants that have been under scrutiny for their serves People have gone to great lengths to get their point across about fast food for example the movie Super-Size Me illustrates the harm that fast food can do to your body In this movie the director Morgan Spurlock illustrated a 30 day challenge by only eating fast food and observing the physical and mental effects it has the body The government has stepped in on many occasions and tried to fix the obesity problem but some feel like its a personal responsibility to control your own health and well beings Two such essays are written by David Zinczenko editor-in chief of Mens Health magazine and Radley Balko a senior editor at Reason In Dont Blame the Eater Zinczenko talks about how kids were starting to sue McDonalds because they feel like the food was making them fat Its gotten to a point where people can see fast food restaurants on any street corner they pass by They have affordable prices for anyone such as dollar menus The government should take some kind of actions to make sure kids know exactly what theyre putting in their body People dont know how many calories theyre putting in their body and why advertisements dont carry out warning labels like tobacco product do Zinczenko believes that without such warning well see more sick obese children and more angry litigious parents 393If companies provided their nutrition to people then people could make informed choices on their products 391-394
