Discuss an accomplishment or event formal or informal that marked your transition from childhood to adulthood within your culture community or familyA lot of people believe that maturity is wearing a tie or being able to grow a beard In societys culture men are inevitably valued on three things the car you drive how much you bench and how good looking your girlfriend is Of course these are all three falsehoods of mankind but they are indeed true Every person wants to be noticed Its a natural human desire to be praised or looked at as superior to others Its the same driving force that causes the world to fight battles and the same thought that initiates children to make fun of each other Essentially powers in society are created through others but are those values maturity Maturity by definition is the ability to react cope and reason in an appropriate way for a situationI truly believe that maturity is directly correlated with experience I have been blessed over the last two years with the friendship of my fellow teammate Number 16 Since the day I met him he full-heartedly inspired me I dont think I can ever recall a time when Number 16 wasnt right behind every single person on the team in effort to lift up our state of minds When we were feeling down he was always there to tap you on the shoulder and say Hey man whats up I saw your one play out there youre doing great Him just saying those little uplifting phrases with the biggest smile and in the most sincere manner would automatically lift you up Many teammates were inspired by his charisma alone However the true underlying inspiration is held within Number 16 and his one of a kind mind For Number 16s whole life hes had Aspergers Syndrome His ability to overcome his challenges and be an amazing talented person is why every single
