The aim of our project was to get into groups of 3 max then as ateam we had to think of ways in which we could encourage over fiftieskeep fit and healthy My group consisted of myself James and Leanne andtogether we got together some information which would show our audiencewhat we are about and why we are doing this We had to produce apresentation and present it to our audience the class hoping that wewould be able to get everyone involved and make sure they had a goodtime whilst doing it As we were trying to get everyone involved wethought it would be a great idea to make our project evolve aroundfamily fun and making sure overs 50s could have fun with their familyinstead of on their own We also had to make sure that the exercise wewere getting them involved in was suitable for a variety of ages andalso for a variety of abilities Therefore there would be differentclasses suited for these variations We also had things such as offersand freebies this would help us get more involvement as this may appealto more peopleWe had to make sure that everyone was having a good time because ifthey werent we wouldnt have as may people wanting to join andtherefore we wouldnt have been able to keep up good spirits and itwould just be boringThe reason we chose to have our project basedaround the fitness of families is because we feel the more people thebetter also having your family around someone to exercise with makesthe work outs seem less strenuous and in fact more fun without evenrealising that the exercise is being done We had offers such as lettingpoeple under the age of 8 go free and free tea and coffee mornings withbiscuits for appitisers this is mostly because we dont want to makeexercise seem such a chore so instead we have gone for the approach ofmaking them feel at home and a great place
