During the month of March I was given a lifestyle and dietary change When a person is changing their lifestyle and dietary plan it may be pretty hard to them because I know it was hard for me The lifestyle change that I chose was sleeping a lot earlier especially on school nights The dietary change that I chose was drinking plenty of water and exercising Getting the right amount of sleep exercising and drinking plenty of water are all important sources to the human body In my opinion all three of these sources have some type of connection to a better living lifestyle Exercising is one of the most important things in life The number one reason why people should exercise is because it can help them maintain a healthier life Without exercise many people can be in a higher risk of heart disease type 2 diabetes high blood pressure and obesity Exercising can help people maintain their body weight and boost up their self esteem Based on the information that I have researched I decided to exercise every night whether it was doing sit ups running up and down the steps or even running on a treadmill for 10 minutes It is very important that people exercise so that they can live a healthier longer and happier life Exercising is not the only way a person can burn calories and lose weight Drinking plenty of water is another way anyone can live a healthier life Water is a natural gift given to us by nature Every human being should drink up to 8 glasses of water each day Water has no Fat calories carbohydrate nor alcohol which makes it very healthy for you Drinking water is not used for only losing weight it can prevent certain cancers A study done at the Center of human nutrition at the University of Sheffield England found that women who kept their bodies hydrated
