Homelessness is a serious problem that the USA has been facing for a long time Homeless people live without homes to protect them from the unstable weather and they struggle against poverty Homeless people could be children or the elderly who should receive specialized care or else women who experienced trauma and abuse before becoming homeless Some people argue that homeless people deserve the situation they are in because they did not try to face their financial crisis While others state that the homeless should get assistance from society otherwisethey will affect the society in a negative way I believe that the homeless are unable to help themselves and they should get support from the government and from those who are affluentThe government should help the homeless to overcome their problems First the government is responsible to help every citizen The governments exist to serve their citizens The United States is a wealthy country instead of wasting money in some programs the United States should help poor people by providing financial aids for people who are unable to cover their basic expenses The question is if the government does not help its residents who would help them In addition some of the homeless used to have jobs and pay taxes so they need to get help when they need it Second reason that the government should help the homeless is the community will be secure If homeless people do not get help they would affect the society in a negative way Homeless are humans they would do anything to survive such as they would steal or sell drugs In addition it is unsafe for children to grow up in the street They would learn things for growing up people or they would be a drug addicts As children growing up they would become hostile individuals who hate their society because the society did not help themTraining programs should be established to help the homeless to
