"Your use of sensory details and reflective language makes this essay feel really immediate and personal. I recommend reading through and making sure the verb tenses are best conveying the sequence for the reader. For ongoing or habitual actions, make sure signposting and other phrasing helps the reader track what's happening. You will also want to proofread to catch some mechanics issues, occasional awkward diction (e.g., "for I know..." feels more archaic than the rest of the voice, top of the last page), and other minor edits that, when resolved, will enhance flow and effect."
