There are many jobs with many employees who have all kinds of different bosses They range from relaxed unpredictable and strict Some employees boss could become a friend or it can be the other way around and be their worst nightmare making their job miserable The type of boss they have can affect the production of the employee and whether they enjoy or hate their job The difference between a happy employee and an angry one depends on what type of boss they have There are three types of bosses one of the types is a relaxed boss This kind of boss is easy going They are nice friendly and makes work a fun and enjoyable place A relaxed boss should be easy to talk to meaning you can talk about problems with them ask them questions and just be able to talk to them comfortably You may even become friends with a boss that is relaxed and easy going Also a relaxed boss trusts you with your work they will let you work freely without breathing down your neck Having this type of boss should make the working experience a lot better Another type of boss is in between a relaxed boss and a strict boss this is an unpredictable boss An unpredictable boss can go either way One day they may be nice and friendly at work and the next they may have a mood swing and be mean and strict about your work With them being unpredictable this may lead the employee to be uncomfortable at work because they never know what their boss will be like next The employee can think its okay to do one thing at work then get reprimanded for doing the same thing because their boss has mood swings and is unpredictable Having these different moods for an employees boss can mean their boss brings their personal life into the work area If something bad happens at
