Have you ever lost weight through dieting before and did not have theresult you wanted You might have lost of few pounds but it comes backand even more than before Then you are frustrated because you justwanted to lose a few pounds The reason why this is happening isdietingDieting actually makes you fat Why then does something that is supposeto help you lose weight cause you to gain weight There are some reasonsdieting makes you weigh more Your mind tells you that you are hungrierthan you are You eat more after dieting because your mind actually eatscells in the brain that tells your body that it is satisfied and thosecells are what make you hungry You lose water that is energy so you donot stay active as much You also lose muscle mass and then the food youeat easily turns into fat because the water levels and muscle mass aredown So then fat is made instead of muscle because there is no energySo when you diet you lose muscle that weighs more than fat You thinkyou lose the weight you wanted but what you really are losing ismuscle Can you believe that People that I have heard stories from believe that almost everyone saysthe exact same story Theyre all in accord with each other that whenthey lose the weight it is hard to keep it off Why is it hard It ishard because your mind is tricking you to eat even though you are on adiet Then Weight Watchers came out and said you could eat what you loveand lose weight Can you remember the Jenny Craig commercials She wastrying to sell the same thought process This though is a fail orsucceed process Its a success if the person feels satisfied with itand can eat the small portions that Weight Watcher or Jenny Craig aretrying to make them eat Also you can get the same kind of person andthey will not be satisfied Some folks
