Your transition sentences in particular help the reader stay engaged with your work. However, even though you spend a lot of time discussing why procrastination is bad, it's unclear what stage of running a marathon procrastination lines up with. Are you saying that once the lactic acid builds up it would be easy to stop running but that unlike in studying where you can take a break, when running a marathon you shouldn't? Or is this where some people give in and start walking? You've got a solid command of language skills, so there aren't many errors to address with an edit. Still, taking the time to complete one more revision for awkward phrasing such as "adrenal rush" would further strengthen your writing."
